Turn off water from underneath sink or at the main water supply. Carefully loosen and remove handle.

Remove the stem with an Allen wrench or seat removal tool. Use PartFinder to find the right replacement part.

Install new stem into the faucet & tighten with wrench.

Now is a great time to update your faucet with new handles. Install handles over stem; turn on water and check ensure the leak is fixed.
