How long does this product last?
Shelf life is 3-6 months on most items.
How do I slice my salami?
First, cut the end (especially if there is still twine attached to your salami). Then cut a straight, shallow slit down the length of the salami. Peel back the edges of the casing, and pull back to the point where you will be slicing to. It is now ready to be sliced and served.
Is this white mold on my salami?
No. Sometimes salt from the curing process collects on the outside of the casing. You can rinse off the residue or simply remove the casing.
