- 1 teaspoon anise seeds
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour (sifted) or other kind of your favorite flour

How to Prepare Delicious Anise Cookies
Total Time: ~25 mins | Prep Time: 10-12 mins | Cook:12-13 mins | ~50 Cookies
INSTRUCTION:
- Heat the oven to 350 F. Grease a cookie sheet.
- In a mixing bowl with an mixer or blender, cream butter with sugar until fluffy; beat in eggs one at a time.
- Blend in the chopped anise seeds and then add the flour, blending thoroughly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. The tops of the cookies will be pale, but bottoms will be golden brown.
- Keep them in an airtight container for several days before eating.
