INGREDIENTS – Assam CTC Black Tea (like coarse ground coffee)
Cold Brew Recipe
- Mix one ounce of our loose leaf tea with one gallon of water in a large glass container.
- Leave to brew in your fridge overnight for 8 to 12 hours.
- In the morning – don’t forget to remove the loose leaves from the brew to avoid bitterness.
- You have your cold brew tea concentrate! Add 50% water and it’s ready to drink!
- This brew can stay fresh in the fridge for up to one week.
French Press Recipe
- Mix 3 tablespoons of leaf tea in an 8 cup (34 fl oz) French Press.
- Add hot water. Close the lid and let it steep.
- Let it brew for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Push down the plunger and enjoy!
- Taste as you go, to find your ideal brew preference.
