Intake tips
- Do not take the capsule or chewable tablet on an empty stomach. Take it after your lunch, dinner, or shortly before bedtime. Taking multivitamins on an empty stomach can sometimes cause nausea.
- Swallow the capsule with a sip of water or a sugar-free drink. Coffee can also help mask the taste and make it easier to swallow.
- Move your chin towards your chest and not backward while swallowing the capsule.
- Do you also take Calcium Soft Chews or consume dairy products? Do not take them at the same time as the multivitamin. Wait at least 2 hours between taking the multivitamin and Calcium Soft Chew or dairy products.
