- How to Use: Remove the inserts in your shoes. Insert the Pure Stride Bold Orthotics colored side up in your shoes. Wear them for a few hours and if you develop pain, remove them and wear them again the next day until your feet are accustomed to wearing them. If Orthotic is slightly large, you can cut the toe side to fit your shoe. Also helpful to remember these are best used when replacing the sole/insert in your shoe.
