C48 Food Thermometer Kit
The C48/P16 Food Thermometer Kit is a simple to use, food thermometer kit containing a C48 Type K Thermocouple Food Thermometer for reliable and accurate temperature measurement, as well as a PK19M Thin Tip Penetration Probe and a C20WB Wall Bracket/Stand.
The C48 Food Thermometer is reliable and accurate for temperature measurement in all food environments. Housed in a robust case with built-in protective rubber boot, designed for use with a wide range of Comark probes with sub-miniature connector. The features of this Type K Food Thermometer include a permanent clock and countdown timer within the display – with selectable alarms – to allow probe insertion times to be monitored.
