Only those coffees that achieve a very high score are considered specialty.
- 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: We ship our coffee in packaging with double barriers. Initially, it has a tube with the brand’s image, and inside it is a bag with a characteristic coffee valve. This allows the coffee flavors to remain intact.

La Reserva FarmIn a twist of fate, we embraced this farm in 2018 from struggling owners amidst coffee’s price fall. Amidst 3 years of neglect and 10% yield, Juan Felipe’s determination sparked. He revived this forgotten sanctuary, unearthing promise in fertile lands. The name itself echoes a haven that guards its realm, where diverse life flourishes, a refuge for Andean bears reflecting a deep connection to their home. |
La Gabriela FarmGabriela, the trailblazing coffee matriarch, lives on in her great-grandchildren, carrying forward her profound wisdom and boundless zest for life. With the sun’s first light, she ventured into nature, a compassionate soul ever ready to serve. Her legacy ignites our souls, guiding us. From those 7 hallowed farms, her essence infuses our cherished Geisha coffee—a tribute to her unwavering spirit, a true embodiment of her enduring strength. |
La Colombia FarmThis estate is where the magic happens, as our customers say. Come and see it for yourself! Located between 1,600 and 2,050 meters high with a natural reserve of over 40 hectares, this place will leave you breathless. In La Colombia, 130 hectares encompass 65 of coffee, 30 of native forests, and 40 of protected natural reserves. Here, not only fauna and flora thrive, but also water sources that benefit over 100 local families. |

---|---|---|---|
AeroPressThe Aeropress is like that trusty travel buddy for coffee lovers on the go. It’s a lightweight and portable method that whips up a darn good cup of joe in a jiffy. You can expect a rich and full-bodied brew. Now, there are two popular ways to work this magic: the inverted style and the good ol’ traditional way. 1/16 coffee-to-water ratio: for one cup, you’d use 15 grams of coffee and 270 ml of hot water (at 96°C). |
ChemexThe Chemex brewing method creates a really clean and top-notch cup of coffee. They use this thick, heavy paper filter that’s about 30% thicker than the ones they use in other drip coffee methods. This means it holds onto more of the coffee grounds, which gives you a much purer and flavorful result. 1/16 coffee-to-water ratio: for one cup, you’d use 17 grams of coffee and 270 ml of hot water (at 96°C). – Medium grind (slightly finer than coarse salt). – Infusion time: 02:30 minutes. |
MokaThe Moka pot is all about that bold and intense coffee experience, and it doesn’t make you jump through hoops to get it. When you’re getting ready to make a brew, think about using a full tablespoon (around 7-8 grams) of coffee for every two cups of water, each cup being about 100-150 milliliters. |
V60 DripperWhen you’re brewing with a V60, you’ll notice that it tends to bring out the flavors of your coffee more effectively, giving you a clean cup with a nice balance of acidity, sweetness, and bitterness. 1/18 coffee-to-water ratio: for one cup, you’d use 15 grams of coffee and 270 ml of hot water (at 96°C). – Medium grind (slightly finer than coarse salt). – Infusion time: 02:30 minutes. |
