If you have the time, reconstitute dried cranberries with wine before cooking. Soak them for 15-30 minutes and you can use the same wine for the sauce. If you are a vegan, use vegetable broth or cranberry juice as a substitute. Otherwise, chicken broth works best.

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 25 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes
INSTRUCTION:
- Preheat oven to 325F. In a large saucepan over medium heat, mix coconut oil, honey together until well combined. In a separate bowl, combine oats, flax seeds, and almonds.
- Pour liquid mix into oat mix and stir well.
- Remove granola from oven and allow to cool without stirring.
- Once granola is cool, break apart into pieces. Add dried berries and store in an airtight container.
