Heat Treatment Instructions
Place the inner bag into a clean microwave.
At 700 watts: Heat for 30s. If the mask is not warm enough, heat for another 10 seconds.
At 1000 watts: Heat for 20s. If the mask is not warm enough, heat for another 5 seconds.
Knead contents to evenly distribute the heat.

Put the compression pad into a sealed bag.
Then store them in the freezer for about 2 hours
