Why Uganda?
Our founder, Renee briefly lived in Uganda and was blown away by their organictropical fruits, bursting with flavors unlike back at home in the United States.
Stand after stand, people traded fruits raw or looked for cheap ways of processing or exporting. Renee heard stories about cocoa farmers never seeing a chocolate bar.
Thus, an idea was born.
