- Fruit Tea Series : We wanted to express certain taste for Modialoc’s fruit tea series. We already have many different types of fruit teas in the world. Some uses black tea with oil type flavor. There are strong acid stimulation method as well. We wanted to make it unique – taste like tea with the fresh fruit flavor. Herbs and dried fruits are used as a base and high-tech flavoring – encapsulate is used.
- Flavor: There are two main types of flavoring used in tea. One is oil and the other is sugar. Concentrated flavor disappears soon by itself. Oil type is normal way to keep flavor for foods. We use sugar encapsulate type since it has more fresh flavor when we use it for teas. Therefore, fruit teas contain trace amounts of sugar in each teabags.
