How much Sugar does this contain?
Hydrate contains 0 sugar. We use a new, highly purified form of steviol glycoside known as Reb M that provides a pleasant taste more closely resembling sugar than any other form of stevia.
What’s the best time to consume?
Hydrate can be taken any time of the day, and is best when taken during, or post workout.
How much water should I mix it with?
Can this be mixed with a pre-workout?
Yes. Pre-workouts are designed to be taken prior to activity to help support your workout while Hydrate is designed to help replenish electrolytes during your workout and help rehydrate you after.
Does it help with hangovers?
Alcohol can cause dehydration and this formula is filled with electrolytes intended to help rehydrate you. We also suggest drinking more water to support this.
