Scenarios of Using Ice Packs

Cold Therapy Usage Method
1: Rotate and open the lid.
2: Add two-thirds of the ice cubes or cold water to the ice pack.
3: Close the lid tightly, flip and press the bottom of the ice bag to test for leaks (Cold condensation water may form outside the ice bag, which can be wrapped in a soft towel to protect the skin.)
4: Apply it on the desired area.
5: Suggest using it for 20-30 minutes at a time, and it can be reused after one hour.
Hot Therapy Usage Method
1: Rotate and open the lid.
2: Add two-thirds of hot water. (Don’t exceed 60℃/140℉)
3:Aplly it on the desired area for 15-20 minutes after ensuring that there are no leaks in the ice pack.
Attentions:
Do not heat the ice bag in the microwave.
The temperature of hot water should not exceed 60℃/140℉.
Do not apply it on one part for more than 20 minutes. (If necessary, you can use it again after a period of time.)
