- MATERIAL: Made of very tough UV stable polypropylene. Polypropylene is thermally insulating and non-conductive like aluminum or steel. When extracting warm and moisture-saturated air from bathroom or kitchen, this fact in itself minimizes condensation. This material will not deform it will never rust and it will not make any noises.
- TURBINE:Unique and durable polypropylene turbine with projected blades angle designed to negate pressure in the ventilation system to provide unmatched draft and airflow. The aerodynamically designed turbine works even with very little air movement.
- BEARINGS:The turbine is mounted on a special two-bearing system which it is encapsulated in the highest quality oil. Our specially developed solution guarantees durable, very smooth and silent operation with an extremely long service life even in very difficult climatic conditions.Our specially developed system guarantees the best product lifelong term.
- CONDENSATE DRAINAGE SYSTEM: This innovative solution drain condensation out of the vent above roof level. Protects the ventilation system and pipes from moisture accumulation inside system and possible leakage into the structure of the house.
- CONNECTION EXHAUST PIPE: This element creates a second insulated wall inside the vent above the roof level. This moves the dew point above the condensation drainage. On the other hand, it serves to easily connect the vent to the ducting. Enables easy snap-on connection with 6”, 5” 4” iFLEX pipe.
- INSTALLATION: The vent base is ready for waterproof installation under shingles, slate, cedar shake roofing with a 4″ flange. Built-in spirit level ensures easy accurate vertical alignment during installation. We have designed the products to be very easy to install. “Install and forget”. On the other hand, our design allows simple disassembly of the body from the base up and possible inspection if needed.
