How did we get our start?
After the birth of my children, my mother made special lactation and postpartum goodies for me. They were based on old family recipes and were incredibly nurturing and effective. I started the company in 2012 to share them with other moms.

These individually wrapped, fenugreek-free energy bars are packed full of plant-based protein, healthy fats and have shatavari & turmeric. The Original flavor is mild and nutty and topped with an almond crunch. The White Chocolate & Cranberries flavor is rich and velvety and sprinkled with crushed pistachios and cranberries.
