HOT & COLD THERAPY
Maginno Hot and Cold Knee wrap provides double use effects both microwave and freezer safe, you can use hot or cold therapy depending on your needs.
It can be applied directly to bare skin while still maintaining soft and stretchable after frozen in the refrigerator or heated in the microwave.
Cold therapy:
Store the cold sleeve in freezer with the plastic bag included for at least 2 hours.
Apply cold therapy for periods of up to 20 minutes every 2 to 4 hours. (Adjust using time upon ice pack freezing hour and outdoor temperature when use)
To prevent frostbite, use plush side first for 8-10 min, then use nylon side for 10-15 min.
Hot therapy:
Heat one side in the microwave oven for 120s on medium power, then turn it over to heat for 90s. (Heating time adjustment depends on the power you selected).If you feel that you would like it to store more heat – you can microwave the gel pack in 30 seconds intervals until it reaches your desired temperature.
