How did we get our start?
isiBisi’s mission to promote Italian food culture through a gluten-free diet started in 2014. We aim to satisfy people who are allergic, sensitive, and intolerant to gluten.
What makes our products unique?
All our products are certified gluten-free, made with only two ingredients: non-GMO Italian corn and rice flour. Our pasta tastes like authentic Italian pasta.
Why do we love what we do?
We enjoy making life easier for families. They can cook one pasta meal for everyone, including those with gluten allergies. We promote healthier Italian pasta without sacrificing flavor.

Taste the Traditional Gluten Free Italian Cuisine
Italian food culture is based on sharing and enjoying our food, ‘fare banchetto’ (‘convivio’ as Dante ed it in his works, means sitting all together at the table) with our families and friends.
Our pasta is made in a dedicated gluten-free facility in north Italy then imported to the USA – exclusively composed of Italian corn and rice flour, free of additives or gluten stabilizers, staying true to the simplicity of the raw materials.

What makes good pasta? Here at isiBisi, we only use the traditional Italian tool – Bronze Die to cut and shape our pasta. It’s what gives the pasta the rough texture that allows the sauce to cling to it. |
We apply the Low-Temperature Drying method on our pasta as it helps preserve the nutritional qualities of the raw ingredients, resulting in a product that not only looks delicious but is also absoluy authentic. |
