Nine For Nine, what does it mean?
In powerlifting you have 3 lifts. Squat, Bench, and the Deadlift. Each athlete has 3 attempts to perform each lift 3×3=9. If an athlete is successful they receive 3 white lights. A term known by all competitive powerlifters, going Nine For Nine refers to all successful attempts across all 3 lifts.
While our products are not solely designed for powerlifting, it is an important part of our culture and mindset.

Our latex free 41″ resistance bands are made from bio grade synthetic rubber and do not contain natural rubber latex. We wanted to provide those with latex sensitivities or latex allergies an alternative to latex bands. These sets include 4 bands ranging for light to x-heavy.
Chose a 4 band set in 1 of our 3 color options Black, OD Green, or Pink.

Banded Barbell Training
- Banded Bench: Add light resistance bands to build a bigger bench through accommodating resistance.
- Banded Deadlifts & Rack Pulls: Banded pulls are a great way to train for locking out during your deadlift.
- Banded Squats & Overhead Presses: Add resistance bands to your squat or press as an accessory movement to help work on speed and power.
- Overload Assistance: Get a little extra help springing out of the hole by setting your bands up hitched to the top of the rack.
- Increase Tension: If you find your bands are de-loading (losing tension) at the bottom of your movement wrap them around the barbell sleeve to add even greater resistance.
- Never Use Bands Against Barbell Knurling: Barbell knurling can compromise the integrity of resistance bands, always use some sort of buffer to protect your bands from this potentially damaging surface.
Pull-Up Assistance
Nine For Nine Bands are a perfect tool to help you with your pull ups, dips or muscle-ups. Experiment with the varying levels of tension to discover which band is best in assisting your pull-up training!
Mobility & Stretching

Nine For Nine: Gear Built for Athletes
What does Nine For Nine mean?:
Our Powerlifting customers will be quite familiar with the term going Nine For Nine but for those who do not know let us explain. In Powerlifting you have 3 competition lifts; the Squat, the Bench Press, and the Deadlift. When you compete you are allowed 3 chances to perform each lift, if you are successful on an attempt you receive 3 white lights letting you know the good news and the fruits of your labor. If you are successful on all 3 attempts than that means 3 white lights x3, aka going Nine For Nine.
