How did we get our start?
Adam, professional chef and fishmonger, started his career when he was given the opportunity to run a fish company at just 20 years old right out of culinary school at The Culinary Institute of America.
What makes our products unique?
We are based in New York where the most seafood variety comes in. We purchase our fish fresh every day and don’t carry much inventory. We keep the fish and seafood as fresh as possible.
Why do we love what we do?
We have seen the magic that comes from incredible chefs using superior quality ingredients to craft seafood delicacies.

Is your fish wild & sustainable?
A big yes to both of these questions. We do buy farm raised fish, but only from farms that are raising the fish in 100% sustainable farming techniques. We have a vast selection of both wild and sustainable species.
Where does your seafood come from?
We’re not from Fulton Fish Market. We’re DIRECT fish buyers, purchasing from specialized boat/fishing families. With 20+ years of expertise, we’re aligned with the best for each species, making us the ultimate choice
Do your whole fish come cleaned and gutted?
Yes! We clean and gut our whole fish with the exception of smaller fish, such as sardines or anchovies, as these fish are too small.
Does your lobster come cooked?
Yes, our lobster meat is cooked to perfection before we pick, pack, and ship your order, all in the same day!
Do your meat products ship fresh or frozen?
Our meat products are shipped frozen.
