Step 1Turn power off the HVAC unit. Open cabinet door and slide the media frame assembly out of air cleaner cabinet. |
Step 2Place the media frame assembly on a flat surface with plastic pleat separators facing up. Remove plastic pleat separators by lifting at each end. |
Step 3Unfasten the two end panels by pressing buttons labeled “Press to Open”. Next, open the two hinged flaps by carefully lifting along the entire edge. Remove and discard used media element. |

Step 4Position new media pack cardboard edges over the notches on the hinged flaps on the sides of the media frame assembly and close the hinged flaps by snapping them in place. |

Step 6Fasten the two end panels by snapping into place. Slide the media frame assembly into air cleaner cabinet and replace door. Turn on power to the HVAC unit. |
