HOW TO TAKE YOUR TEMPERATURE:

Place probe cover on thermometer before use.

Press the on-off power button (the unit will beep) to activate the thermometer.

Place the thermometer tip at the base of your tongue.

When the peak temperature has been reached, the ºF will stop flashing and the thermometer will sound ten quick beeps.
