The story of BUITONI begins in the small town of Sansepolcro, Italy, where Giulia and her husband, Giovan Battista BUITONI, opened a modest pasta shop in November of 1827. Over the years, BUITONI has grown to reach family tables around the globe, but the dedication to quality and inventiveness that we were founded on has never wavered. 1 container BUITONI Refrigerated Marinara Sauce (15 oz.)
1 1/4 cups water (can substitute 1/4 cup white wine for 1/4 cup of water)
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
PREPARE pasta according to package directions. Drain; rinse in cold water to cool. Place in a large bowl. Add tomatoes and chicken.
WHISK pesto and vinegar in a small bowl. Pour over pasta mixture; toss to combine. Season with fresh cracked black pepper, if desired.
