Measuring for Sizing and Fit
Measure ankle circumference at smallest point directly above ankle bone. Then, measure calf circumference at largest point (widest flare of calf muscle).
Measure your legs first thing in the morning when swelling is at a minimum. Use the size chart as a reference. If your measurements are between sizes, go to a bigger size.
Some users may benefit from the use of donning gloves and/or a stocking donner.

Applying Socks: Step 1
Remove jewelry, use the fingertips to grasp stocking. Place hand inside sock grasp heel pocket and pull the sock inside out, up to the heel.
Step 2
Using both hands, place two fingers inside the sock on each side of the heel, pulling out on each side with equal force. Begin to gently slide the sock over the toes and foot. Pull over foot until heel pocket is positioned evenly over heel.
Step 3
Washing and Care
Wear care instructions included in retail packaging. To prolong the life of your garment, wash and dry by hand. Avoid harsh detergents and softeners that can damage the fabric’s elasticity. Do not wring out. Gently squeeze away excess water, and pat dry in towel before air drying.
