To Use HotTo use it as a hot pack: Before heating, remove any paper and plastic packaging from the wrap. Heat the wrap in the microwave for 1½ minutes. |
To Use MoistBefore heating, mist the fabric lightly with water. Do not saturate the product. Do not soak or get the herbs wet. |
To Use ColdSimply put the wrap inside a sealable plastic bag and put it into the freezer for one (1) to (2) hours. |
