- Pure Copper: Tubing on this line set is made with 100% pure high-quality copper which ensures a long-life span under high pressure HVAC refrigerant systems (including use with R410A, R22, R32 or R454B) and remains reliable in all sorts of outdoor weather conditions or temperatures.
- Insulation: The suction line contains an additional 3/8″ thick layer of black elastomeric insulation. Not only does this protect the line from the weather and corrosion, but the dark color also reflects UV light; the added UV resistance helps keep the copper underneath intact which can increase its life span.
- Tube Sizing: Each line set ordered comes with two tubes – 3/8″ Liquid Line x 7/8″ Suction Line – which is measured in outer diameter and usually is matched to your systems valve sizes. Both lines are 30 feet in length and can be cut down for shorter runs or multiple line sets can be brazed together for longer runs.
- Application: Primarily built for HVAC split systems to connect the outdoor condenser unit to the indoor air handler or evaporator coil and can be used with either straight AC only or heat pump systems that use a standard sweat or braze connection type.
- Sealed for Transport: Both lines ship with seals to keep debris and other contaminates out of them and the tubing itself is empty – it is NOT pre-charged with any sort of refrigerant.
