What is Gradient Compression?
Garments with gradient compression have the greatest pressure at their base and reduce pressure as the compression garment goes up the arm or leg.
This helps encourage the movement of fluids, whether it’s blood circulation or lymph fluid circulation.
The gentle pressure helps blood vessels and lymph vessels absorb fluids more easily, providing relief for tired, aching feet, ankles, and legs and counteracts swelling of arms and legs.

What is a SoftFit Band?
Garments that have the unique JOBST SoftFit technology have a fine silicone yarn knitted into the top band that keeps the stockings in place without digging into your skin.
