Dal Masala Seasoning
Origins
“Dal” in India refers to beans, lentils, peas, or legumes and they are widely consumed throughout the culture. “Masala” is any given mixture of spices and herbs to create a delicious blend. Our Dal Masala provides the perfect seasoning for unique home cooking when it comes to dal recipes and more.
Common Ways to Consume
Dal Masala is a great addition to various bean or lentil recipes. These recipes are commonly utilized with pressure cookers or crock pots, and take time to prepare. Slow and steady is the name of the game for most dal recipes, as the beans should be soaked overnight, and cooked slowly.
