Insert supportive plate
The plate is needed for a firmer support of the foot. But you can wear a bandage without it. Look at your feelings.
Position your foot correctly
Place the product so that the “Arch Align” marker is on the side of the arch of the foot.
Tighten arch support bandage
Wrap the bandage around and stick the hook an loop in the right position to provide desired compression
Washing and drying
Hand or machine wash at temperatures up to 80° F. Natural Drying Only
