- Potassium Bicarbonate is mainly used as a raising agent or leavening agent in baking, and an acidity regulator in winemaking and soda water.
- WINEMAKING / BREWING: Use it to reduce the acidity in wine, cider, meads, etc. Use 0.5 to 1.0 g per liter.
- BAKING / OTHERS: Use it in baking as a leavening agent (increase dough volume) and replacement of baking soda (1:1 ratio). Use it also in Soda or Sparkling Waters to enhance its flavor (increase pH).
