- Udderly Delicious TM – Our Chocolate Chocolate Chip is made with a rich cocoa without coloration which when added to our ice cream base results in a creamy, smooth chocolate flavor. It also includes loads of dark soft chocolate chunks that melt in your mouth.
- Simple Ingredients – All of our flavors are based on our founder’s farm family recipe of simply milk, cream, sugar and eggs.
- Clean Label “Better for You”– We use simple, recognizable ingredients that you can pronounce and find in your own kitchen. No high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, or colors in our ice cream.
- Local – Adirondack Creamery and the majority of the farms, distributors, suppliers and vendors we work with are local independent family-owned businesses.
- French? – the FDA demands that any ice cream containing more than 1.4% egg yolks be labeled as French. We use more than triple that amount – in order to make delicious, rich, creamy ice cream without gums or other additives.
