Starting with as little as 1/4 or 1/8 of a capsule is a great way for sensitive individuals to get the full benefits our probiotics offer. Gas/bloating are often a signals that your body needs more probiotic bacteria, but it can be frustrating if those are the symptoms you are trying to get rid of by taking a probiotic! You can reduce the chance of having these issues by slowing down your dosage… Because our probiotics have no fillers or added ingredients, you can open the capsule and pour some of the ingredients into a smoothie, applesauce, or other food. Then slowly work your way up to a full capsule. |
BE CONSISTENTBe sure to take your probiotic every day for best results. Some people swear our probiotics make them sleepy and so they take them at night.
