Can these blue ray glasses prevent blue light ?
Yes. Included in the box is a tiny blue test light and a special testing paper. If you shine the light directly on the white paper, it immediay turns purple. But if you put the glasses between the light and the paper, the paper stays white! To me, that proves it is working.

Are they heavy? I want some lightweight glasses.
I don’t think they’re heavy. I’ve worn them while reading and on my iPad and they don’t leave a mark on the bridge of my nose. No headache either.
