- INGREDIENTS: 2 Cups of water, 1 cup of peeled and cut potatoes, 1 cup of ½ inch sliced onions, 1 cup of small cut zucchinis , 1 stemmed and chopped Korean chili pepper, 4 minced garlic, any choice of meat or tofu, 7 dried anchovies in cheesecloth (can be purchased at most Korean grocery stores), 5 tablespoons fermented soybean paste (doenjang) and earthenware pot or other heavy pot.
- EASY TO COOK & RECIPE: Combine potato, onion, chili pepper, garlic and meat in a pot, wrap the dried anchovies in cheesecloth with other ingredients, add water and cover, cook for about 15 minutes until it boils, add soybean paste and stir and cook for 20 minutes longer on medium heat, add tofu and remove the anchovy pouch, enjoy with side of steamed rice!
