POSITIVE VIBES!Putting your Shungite outside on a sunny day is an ideal method to cleanse and help your Shungite refocus its vibes. Cleansing and recharging your Shungite is one of the key factors to ensure you always have a positive experience with it, as well as always being available to soak up any stray negative vibes. It also likes earth, so if it’s gloomy outside, you can always bury in the ground it for a few hours. |
INCENSE TREATMENTA more involved process to cleanse your Shungite is through ritual smudging. Take a stick of Sage, Lavender, or Palo Santo, for example, and just like you would with any smudge stick, light one side on fire, once gently burning, blow out the fire, and using the smouldering tip which should now be trailing smoke, waft around your Shungite. This is also a good practice to pair with meditating. |
