What are worry stones?
Worry stones, also known as thumb stones or palm stones, can be used as polishing stones, pocket stones, and power stones.
They are usually cut and polished from natural stones.
(mostly belong to gems, synthetic stones and special glasses are indicated on the page)
There is a groove for the thumb (the Flat Small series has no groove).

How do worry stones work?
When you are stressed,hold the worry stone with your thumb and forefinger, then rub it lightly.
it reduces stress and anxiety and helps you clear your mind.
The worry stone also helps counteract negative comforting habits,
Such as biting your nails or lips, pulling your hair, or picking scabs.
Using the worry stone as an anchor during meditation leads to higher alpha brain waves.
Or program the worry stone during meditation.
You can set your intentions with the worry stone in a meditative state.
Another way to use worry stones is to place them in and around your chakras.
